This is a brief time where we’ll connect and talk about reasons you’re seeking counseling, answer questions you may have, and discover if we’re a good fit for each other. I encourage clients to advocate for their needs and ask lots of questions here!

Youth/ Family Session | 50 mins | $85
These are regularly scheduled video sessions tailored towards addressing presenting concerns and working towards treatment goals. We will collaborate together to find a rhythm that best fits the needs of the child/teen and family system. Expressive techniques from play, art, and sand therapies will often be combined with attachment and developmental theories to best meet the unique treatment goals of each client.
Accessibility to mental health services is important to me. If you are unable to pay the full fee due to financial circumstances, please reach out and inquire about limited sliding scale spots I provide.
